The entrance to Uptown Grooming Lounge can be seen from Brockton Ave. Once you enter the building ask for Mel.
Non-Refundable Retainer
Remember when booking your service a required non-refundable retainer fee holds your appointment and covers up to one rescheduling.
Fee is paid when booking service & is taken out of the total service amount due at the end of service.
Late Policy
If you’re more than 15 minutes late your appointment must be canceled for the day and WILL BE RESCHEDULED.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that cancellations made on the same day as your scheduled appointment will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the service.
